This is an exciting opportunity to join a Global technology company. This is a generalist HR role that provides the HR team and employees with the full range of HR services and administrative work. The role will also involve ad hoc work, HR projects and provide support to all team members in order to deliver the company goals and objectives.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide administrative support for all aspects of the HR lifecycle
- Ensure that the HR databases are kept up to date
- Process invoices, raise PO's
- Respond to general queries relating to HR and HR databases
- Update monthly Opex reporting and analysis of report from S4Hana
- Support all HR related activities as required
- Work on or assist ad-hoc projects in EMEA
- Working with the Business Administrator to coordinate the re-location of expats as required
- Support expats during their assignment in the UK
- Manage UK visa process with external agents
- Process payroll for Expats
- HR in a generalist role
- Supporting employees in administrative area
- Experience with data analytics and reporting
- complying with confidentiality
- MS Word, PowerPoint, Intermediate Excel
- CIPD desirable
- Japanese speaking desirable
