Job description
You are an experienced HR professional who is highly proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Outlook and Excel, with the ability to manage a high workload under pressure.
A strong communicator, you will keep hiring managers and candidates updated on the status of their pre-employment checks, as well as communicating with the wider HR team.
You will have a strong customer service focus being the first point of contact for the HR function and work well within a team. Experience of working in a HR function is essential.
Your next role
In this key role, you will be responsible for providing HR advice based on policy and procedure, produce contracts of employment for new starters, managing the pre-employment checks for the individuals. This role will also require handling of non-complex case work to include absence management, grievance and disciplinary.
You will be responsible for keeping all documents and associated records up to date, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of HR data, while working closely with other members of the HR teams.
You must be fluent in the English language (as a requirement of Part 7 of the Immigration Act “for the effective performance of a customer-facing role”).
