We are searching for an experienced, friendly and enthusiastic Human Resources Assistant to join our team. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for assisting with the onboarding and administration of staff, including updating of application history, attendance and probation records. The ideal candidate for this position needs to be responsible and organised and have previous HR experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
•Assisting the Group HR Manger with the process of recruitment, including vetting candidates, assisting with interviews and issuing employment contracts
•Carrying out routine monthly tasks such as absence review monitoring and probation chasing, ensuring that the Group HR Manager is kept up to date on all matters
•Supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department
•Compiling and maintaining paper, digital and electronic employee records, including holiday and sickness leaves
•Supporting HR-related training programs, workshops and seminars
•Entering employee data into computer database
•Coordinating logistics for new hire orientations
•Overseeing HR events and meetings and coordinating management-employee communications
•Continuously learn the latest HR best practices to improve workplace efficiencies
