Location - WokinghamSalary - up to £38,000 per annumDays of Work - Monday - FridayHours - 40 Sonderwell have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR advisor based from our Wokingham office, to join our professional HR team. This is a rewarding role for a people professional who shares our values, supporting our managers and working in partnership with Operations to deliver an excellent complex care service. The role provides an excellent opportunity to develop your career in HR, with a particular focus on ER casework and TUPE. The role reports to the Head of Human Resources and Training.The successful applicant will be confident in delivering operational HR, have excellent people skills, a working understanding of employment law, be self-motivated and have experience in casework and TUPE. A Level 3 CIPD qualification would be an advantage. Sonderwell's home care services provide expert care workers and nurses to provide health and social care to families living at home. Our range of home care services support children and adults who are living with complex health and social care needs.
What we offer: - Salary up to £38,000 per year- Company pension scheme after six months- 25 days annual leave- Employee Assistance Programme- Training and development opportunities Key Responsibilities: - Deal effectively with employee relations casework.- Handle TUPE processes, both into and out of the organisation.- Work with complex data and provide written information.- Provide leadership, advice and guidance to the HR Coordinator.- Arrange and attend ER meetings, advising and supporting managers.- Provide advice and guidance to all colleagues on terms and conditions, policy and process. About you: - Care experience is desired, but not essential - Level 3 CIPD qualified or a willingness to study- A good working knowledge of employment law- A track record of resolving employee casework- A working knowledge of TUPE processes.- Self motivated and resilient, with a positive attitude- Capable of building good relationships with key stakeholders.
