HR Operations
Full-Time, Permanent
Applications are invited for the post of Human Resources Assistant based in the University’s Human Resources Department. Working as part of the wider HR Operations Team in the Human Resources Department the postholder will initially be focused on providing a high volume, effective HR operational service for the University. The postholder will be expected to provide advice on policies and good HR practice as well as using an online payroll system.
Strong communication and time management skills are required for this role together with the ability to work well under pressure. The successful applicant will need to demonstrate significant experience of working in a similar role and strong IT skills including use of an online recruitment and electronic HR and Payroll System.
The post is based in Egham, Surrey where the University is situated in a beautiful, leafy campus near to Windsor Great Park and within commuting distance from London.
