Full-time (37.5 Hours)
We’re looking for a HR Assistant to join our team at the RAD Hotel Group. You will be involved with responding to employment related queries, employee onboarding and the full employee life cyclde, recruitment support, training and other HR projects.
The RAD Hotel Group are a multi-award winning, family owned group of hotels in the West of Scotland. At present, the group boasts The Lochside House Hotel Lodges & Spa (New Cumnock), The Royal Hotel (Cumnock), The Carlton Hotel (Prestwick), The Radstone Hotel (Larkhall), Hetland Hall Hotel (Dumfries), Dalmeny Park Hotel (Barrhead), Brig o Doon House Hotel (Ayr) and Fairfield House Hotel (Ayr). Renowned for providing an exceptional customer experience regardless the purpose of a visit we are looking to expand our team due to continued growth.
What you’ll need.
- Previous experience within busy HR department
- Competent with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Good time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Full UK Drivers License advantageous
