Job description
Provide a professional customer focused service to managers and staff as the first point of contact for the Advisory team, dealing with routine queries and prioritising/escalating issues to the HR Advisors as appropriate. Assist in the administration and co-ordination of employee relations matters including informal and formal investigations/ meetings/ hearings and take formal notes.
Assist the Health, Wellbeing and Inclusion Coordinator in the administration and delivery of initiatives, activities, engagement and events. Support in the preparation of qualitative and quantitative data for reports and updating action plans.
Administer the job evaluation and employment policies processes alongside discrete projects and other duties commiserate with the role.
