Job Description
Main responsibilities include:
- Providing a proactive recruitment, administrative and people process support service to the People & Culture Team, frontline managers and organisation employees,
- Developing technical resources and systems to deliver an efficient, customer focused recruitment process and facilitate all processes from vacancy requisition through to onboarding,
- Supporting the wider People & Culture Team, assuming responsibility for the provision of recruitment services, data management and workforce planning support to ensure frontline services are resourced effectively,
- Being first point of contact for line managers and employees in relation to people processes,
- Providing administrative support to People & Culture Advisers in managing employee relations cases
- Supporting the HR Adviser team and Senior Leadership team in relation to workforce planning activity.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience within similar role,
- Experience in providing HR support
- Experience using Microsoft Office package (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word),
- Ability to prioritise workload,
- Good organisation skills
What's on Offer
