Would you like to work in a people focussed role, supporting our managers and employees across the Trust? Can you manage your own time, prioritise a busy workload and be flexible to changing priorities? Can you do all of this and deliver great customer service at the same time?

Then this is the role for you!

Join our team of HR assistants in being the first point of contact to the HR team, managing recruitment for a service area(s) and processing employee lifecycle changes across the trust.

Initial 6 weeks will be in the office so we can teach you everything you need to know and you can get to know the rest of the team. Once training is completed our team currently have the option to work from home for 2-3 days out of 5.
