HR Assistant
Full-time, 36 hours per week
Salary: Starting from £26,127.00 with progression to £28,100.00 per annum

We have an exciting vacancy for an experienced and vibrant HR Assistant to join our HR Team to provide a full generalist HR administration support to the College. You will work with the Senior/HR Advisors on all areas of the employee life cycle, providing a timely recruitment service, a proficient CPD tracking and monitoring reporting system, inputting and maintaining HR Records, administering the DBS process for employees and student placements and maintaining general HR systems and processes.
You will have good experience of working in an HR department and a strong understanding of the role of HR within an organisation. The ability to develop positive working relationships with individuals at all levels and to communicate effectively orally and in writing are essential. You will also be competent in the use of computerised information systems and have knowledge of the Google suite including: Docs and Sheets.
The successful candidate will be educated to GCSE standard including Maths and English at Grade ‘A’ to ‘C’ or equivalent and will be a member of the CIPD with a willingness to become CIPD qualified within a specified deadline.
