About the role
Working closely with the Head of Recruitment as an HR Assistant, you will assist in all aspects of the employee life cycle to help make Crieff Hydro Family of Hotels a great place to work. This includes tasks involving recruitment, on-boarding, training, engagement and employee relations. As we continue to look for ways to improve there will be exposure to people related projects and research assignments.
You will be the first point of contact for many of our employees and managers and become knowledgeable with our people processes and systems. You will support the wider people team which will include tasks such as compiling reports to engaging with schools and colleges to attract talent.
