Purpose of job:
Responsible for the delivery of timely and effective administrative support to our colleagues
Being the first point of call for all Administrative queries
Working collaboratively within the People Services Administration team to ensure SLA’s and Payroll deadlines are achieved
Responsibilities:
- Delivering high quality Administration support to your designated Business Units that provides colleagues with a positive experience at all times
- Ensure all written documentation i.e. e-mail, letters, contracts etc are accurate (maximum 5% error rate)
- Ensuring the completion of all Administration requests within agreed SLA’s
- Taking ownership of any query and/or issues raised and seeing it through to resolution, keeping the Team Leader/Senior informed where appropriate
- Make sure all of your transactions and documentation are Quality checked and that it is being done in real time to ensure there is no impact to SLA and the business receive a fast resolution
- Instigating and processing completed forms as allocated, ensuring appropriate levels of authorisation are obtained before any contractual changes are actioned
- Having a good understanding of the Right to Work process and in particular, UK Legalisation in that respect
- Applying a good working knowledge of systems to answer queries and resolve problems from colleagues
- Having a keen eye for detail, particularly in relation to inputting data, drafting contractual documents and checking your team mates work
- Being flexible in your approach in order to support other team members within the wider HR team where needed
- Taking ownership of tasks and seeing them through to resolution
- Proactively diarise Stakeholder Engagement calls in order to build relationships with the business with the aim to receive great feedback
- Take turns in leading on the Daily huddles
Key Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- Previous experience of an Administrative and/or Data Input role
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent grammatical skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work to deadlines and prioritise effectively
- Strong attention to detail
