Job Description:
CORE Education Trust is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of HR Assistant. This role is to assist in HR duties such as recruitment processes, onboarding, payroll, and development of new employees. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is eager to learn and grow with the company. This position will require other duties as assigned by the HR Business Partner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience in Human Resources preferred
- Knowledge of Recruitment, Employee Development, and Developmental Management preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (email, phone, in-person)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £30,151.00-£33,820.00 per year
