Main Purposes of Role:
This is a guest-focussed administration role, where customers are always at the forefront of our focus. You will be dealing with customer enquiries across multiple platforms, assisting in event enquiries and supporting our ecommerce and finished goods warehouse.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
o Deliver exceptional hospitality to all our guests.
o Be punctual, presentable, and professional at all times.
o Manage all customer enquiries across multiple platforms including phone lines, emails, and social media.
o Aid customers placing online orders, restaurant bookings and tour bookings.
o Assist in the initial enquiries of group, corporate and private event bookings.
o Carry out day to day administration tasks assisting the Brand Home Management Team.
o Work closely with our finished goods warehouse aiding in returns, redispatches and general customer enquiries from our e-commerce platform.
o Attend training sessions and team meetings as required to aid with your development.
o Complete weekly data capture keeping our customer database up to date.
