Job Description
We are seeking a HR Assistant who is keen to develop their skills within our busy Reading team. Key tasks will include managing the new starter onboarding process for all new managers to the business, supporting with advertising vacancies, managing all maternity administration, producing reports and supporting the HR Managers with some advising on performance management issues.
This role could be a stepping stone into an advisory role in the near future. This is a busy role and team work is essential to manage the workload. It is really rewarding as you will learn lots, work within a small but dedicated team with personality and will have some fun and laughs along the way, as well as have the opportunity to be involved in so much more if you have the drive and passion to progress in your career.
Qualifications
Previous HR experience is desirable for this role and excellent EXCEL skills a must.
Additional Information
This is a hybrid working role of 2/3 days in the office after the initial induction period.
CIPD study support is also available if you wish to further your HR career.
