Requirements
We are a looking for a UX Researcher who can demonstrate a strong portfolio, with a solid understanding of planning, recruiting for, executing, analysing, and executing research programs. You would thrive in a hands-on role in a highly collaborative environment. This role requires you to be degree qualified with a minimum of a 2:1 classification, have impeccable attention to detail and great communication skills.
Responsibilities
- You will be comfortable using primary research methodologies such as interviews, surveys, usability testing and guerrilla testing, and know when these are best used.
- You can support your qualitative insights with quantitative sources such as analytics data and customer service data to understand user needs holistically.
- You have experience with collaborating with product teams (product owners, designers, developers, PMs) to share results and facilitate the execution of your practical and creative solutions to user needs.
- You can identify pain points and create elegant UX solutions to technical challenges to ensure enhanced user experience and seamless user journeys.
- Manage and own client relationships, proactively highlighting risks, issues or dependencies.
- Working alongside the Head of UX to define wider business goals & strategy
- You'll be a key team player in bringing ideas to the table

Salary: £40,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
