Role: Client Onboarding Assistant Location: Kings Cross, London
The Client Onboarding Assistant will deliver the best possible onboarding experience to every merchant, going above and beyond what anyone else in the industry provides. This role requires someone with a passion for continuous improvement and an eye for detail.

The Client Onboarding Assistant will deliver the best possible onboarding experience to every merchant, going above and beyond what anyone else in the industry provides. This role requires someone with a passion for continuous improvement and an eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the onboarding processes and manage any problems through to resolution.
- Follow service procedures, policies, and standards.
- Assisting the Sales department with any technical questions they have.
- Creating, reviewing & amending incoming merchant acquiring applications within set time frames.
- Carrying out all KYC/KYB/AML checks.
- Ensuring that the appropriate processes have been complied with so that clients are on boarded successfully with partner merchant acquirer.
- Co-ordinating and following up with various groups to ensure all pre and post account set-ups are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Supporting the Sales team with application queries & best practises.
- Developing and maintaining key relationships with external stakeholders and internal teams.
- Train new merchants on the Blink system and assist them with any queries.

- FinTech experience preferred but not essential.
