The opportunity

You’ll operate across the full range of HR activities providing meticulous and reliable HR support. You’ll be the first port of call for employee HR- and training-related queries, displaying a high level of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality at all times. You’ll get involved in a range of exciting activities, ranging from operational HR, recruitment, payroll and training through to our health and wellbeing and CSR initiatives.

About you:

You may be a candidate with previous HR experience, or you may be new to HR with experience of working in customer support or administrative roles, and a desire to build up a career in the people profession.

You’ll furthermore:

  • Be a strong team player with the ability to build effective relationships
  • Be highly organised, with good prioritisation and a calm approach to problem-solving
  • Be absolutely meticulous in your attention to detail, and always take a thorough approach to your work
  • Be computer-literate and experienced with MS Office, especially Excel
  • Be a great communicator, with excellent writing skills
  • Enjoy providing excellent customer support
  • Demonstrate discretion, confidentiality and integrity at all times

The successful candidate could already be CIPD qualified, or we can provide support towards this qualification
