A day in the life of…
As the HR Assistant, you'll be the go-to person for our team members when it comes to HR and 'People' related matters. This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities to support the HR team and wider business, allowing you to immerse yourself in the full spectrum of HR generalist activities including people and payroll administration, team engagement, learning development, new starter inductions, and recruitment.

What do we need from you?
To thrive in this role, we are seeking a candidate who embodies the following qualities and skills:
Organizational Wizard: You're exceptionally organised, and your attention to detail is second to none. You excel at managing multiple tasks ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
People Person: Our HR function revolves around people, and we need someone with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. You're approachable, empathetic, and able to build strong relationships with team members, whilst always maintaining integrity and confidentiality.
Proactive and Flexible: You take initiative and can adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to anticipate needs and proactively address them is an asset.
Tech Savvy: We are proud to operate a paperless HR function which means tech proficiency is a must (especially Microsoft Office). Familiarity with HR software is an advantage.
Passionate about HR: Whilst having a CIPD qualification is advantageous, what we truly value is your genuine interest and passion for developing a career within HR. If you're eager to learn and grow in this field, we want to hear from you.
