A permanent opportunity has arisen for a driven and enthusiastic Personal Assistant to join the ALDI HR department to support the HR IT Director.
ALDI HR is based in Bolton and is responsible for Recruitment, Training, HR Administration, HR IT, and Health, Safety and Insurance. This fast-paced and challenging role provides support across a number of exciting HR IT projects, as well as assisting with day-to-day support of our HR IT system, Workday, across the business.

Your New Role
Your key tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Full diary management, including organising accommodation and travel
- Preparing Company Committee documentation
- Supporting the Workday Project Management Office
- Coordinating, monitoring and tracking team tasks and activities
- Managing internal and external stakeholders
- Preparing tender documentation for HR products, systems and projects
- Preparing reports, statistics and presentations for distribution across HR and the business
- Liaising with Suppliers
- Producing communications on behalf of the HR IT Director
- Actioning delegated HR processes on Workday for the Workday Team
- Personnel Admin (Training plans, arranging job interviews etc.)
- Financial planning and budgeting
- Creating and coordinating stakeholder meetings, including agendas and minute taking
- Processing of invoices and payments including monthly credit card reconciliations and expenses for Managers and Directors
- Providing administrative support as required to the HR IT Director
About You
- Experience working within an administration/office environment in a Personal/Executive Assistant role
- Experience analysing information to produce documentation/reports
- Proficient in all forms of communication and able to deliver complex information in a simplified manner across all levels of the business
- High levels of personal organisation and the ability to plan ahead to meet deadlines
- Able to work under pressure and prioritise multiple responsibilities
- Able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Able to work individually and as part of a team with minimal supervision
What You'll get in Return
- Starting salary from £32,105 rising to £39,865
- Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, with the opportunity of 2 days a week remote working
