We have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Recruitment Assistant to join our dynamic Head Office Recruitment team at Holly Lane Atherstone on a 12 month fixed term contract.
The Head Office Recruitment team is responsible for supporting and managing the whole recruitment lifecycle from sourcing candidates, screening online applications and video applications to leading Assessment Centre’s.
Additionally, the Head Office Recruitment team support with recruitment business reporting and research, act as the first point of contact for recruitment related queries and work with the wider business to uphold best practice.
Reporting directly into the HR Head Office Team Leader you will be responsible for the end-to-end selection process, up to final interview.

Your New Role:
- Application and Video interview screening of Head Office applications
- Headhunting for prospective candidates
- Acting as the first point of contact for Applicant Tracking System and recruitment related queries
- Hiring Manager support and data analysis of recruitment activity
- Running Assessments and scheduling Interviews for Head Office applications
- Analysing recruitment requirements and interpreting data to assess both current and future vacancies identifying where additional marketing and PR support may be needed and liaise with the relevant parties to authorise this additional media support
- Analysing the effectiveness of Recruitment Marketing campaigns and making recommendations for changes
- To assist with the developing and testing of all ATS releases
- To write and produce any reports or research documents as and when is requested in both a timely and professional format
About You:
- Experience in internal or agency recruitment, with a wider commercial awareness for both Retail Head Office and Recruitment/HR
- Experience managing the end to end recruitment process including candidate screening and headhunting for prospective candidates
- Experience using an ATS
- Experienced in sourcing/headhunting candidates
- The ability to plan ahead to meet deadlines with a high level of personal organisation
- Strong communication skills with ability to take complex information and deliver in a simplified manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

- Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, with the opportunity of 2 days a week remote working
