Job description
Overview of role:
· Take ownership of, and manage, the full recruitment process
· Support the HR Manager in developing our employee brand
· Create a database of potential candidates and maintain those connections
· Review and manage the Apprenticeship programs
· Use initiative and actively identify and resolve HR issues when they arise
- Responsible for maintaining personnel files
- Assist in administrative tasks
- Manage HR systems and support employees with use of them
- Undertaking HR projects
Experience, skills and qualifications:
· Experience of working within a HR or Supervisory role
· Be committed team player
· Excellent organisational skills and ability to communicate both verbally and written
· Flexible communication on different levels
· Professional and self-motivated
· CIPD Level 3 qualified or working towards
