Do you want to gain experience in a variety of HR related activities, people development and volunteering whilst achieving a Level 3 qualification?
We have a fantastic opportunity within our HR Team to join our new Business Partnering Team as HR Assistant (Apprentice), supporting various departments across the charity. Working with a national provider, you will receive full support to work towards your qualification, as well as gaining invaluable HR work experience.
What are we looking for?
Someone who enjoys being part of a busy team with constantly changing priorities. You will be critical to the running of our HR function in this varied role. As you progress through your placement, you will provide first-line HR information to our employees, volunteers and managers, bridging the administrative support between your HR team and the central HR shared services.
You will be comfortable building rapport with our people and using your growing skills in HR, training and volunteering to provide outstanding support and guidance to all.
