HR Assistant £35,000 Hybrid Working

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing architectural/interior design firm. They urgently need a highly competent HR Assistant to join the small HR team. In this role, you will report directly to the Head of HR. In this role, you will be tasked with supporting the HR service to provide efficient and well-administered support to the UK business.

This is broad and will touch on every point of HR including:

• Recruitment/liaising with agencies
• Onboarding / setting up new starters
• Offboarding/managing the process with leavers
• Staff record keeping/database
• Assisting in the appraisal process
• Supporting all administration of policy and procedure
• General day-to-day administration and enquiries
• Organizing social and charitable events
• Coordinating work experience and internships

The right person for this role will have at least 2/3 years' experience, preferably gained within a professional services environment and will have completed CIPD Level 3. You will also have an excellent command of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as the HR database.

Salary will be dependent on experience.
