This is an exciting training opportunity that will provide you with valuable skills and experience, while working towards a CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in Human Resources Practice.
Working with the Robert Heath HR Manager, you’ll be providing an important HR administrative service across all aspects of our people processes including; pre-employment and new starter processes, Contract administration, HR system administration and, learning and development administrative support.
You’ll need to be confident in dealing with people, keen to learn and have a positive, can-do attitude to really thrive in this role. There is lots to do and no two days will be the same.
The CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in Human Resources Practice will provide you with a solid foundation of all areas of HR and develop the essential skills and confidence you need to progress your career further. The HR Manager and Robert Heath Team, will provide an essential and valued service within Robert Heath Heating.
