Job description

This company an established British retailer is searching for a HR and Recruitment Advisor. It is a great time to join this company with it's continuing success and excellent people development strategy. This is a hybrid role with three days in the East London office.

Reporting into a HRBP and the board you will be responsible for the delivery of a people focused strategy across this global business. You will support the company in developing and implementing a robust HR and recruitment strategy aligned with operational strategic goals, whilst driving a strong team and supporting your stakeholders.

You will have experience of working as a successful and results driven HR Advisor and will have at least three years experience in a similar role in HR in a retail environment. Ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment management. You will enjoy process management, organisational development and have experience of driving change. You will be a strong communicator who can work at pace and build excellence stakeholder relationships at a board level.
