Your mission:
As HR & recruiter at Aeguana, you will play a key role in helping us stay on top of our HR topics and taking a leading role in our recruiting. You will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our fast-paced and innovative startup. You will work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand talent needs, develop sourcing strategies, and execute end-to-end recruitment processes. Your main objective will be to identify and engage with qualified candidates to build a talented team that will drive Aeguana's success.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing all HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, administering benefits. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR administration and a strong understanding of Swiss labor laws and regulations.
You will:
- Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and identify talent for various roles, such as software engineers, product managers, key account managers, and other positions based on Boostbar's needs
- Sourcing: Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and other creative methods to proactively source and engage with potential candidates.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screening of resumes, assess candidates' qualifications, and conduct thorough interviews to evaluate technical skills, cultural fit, and overall suitability for the organization.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, maintain a talent pipeline, and establish a strong employer brand to attract passive candidates.
- Coordination and Process Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, negotiating job offers, and ensuring timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to building and promoting the employer brand through social media, job postings, and other recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent to the startup.
- Data and Reporting: Use recruitment tools and systems to track and report on recruitment metrics, provide insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize the recruitment process.
- Onboarding: Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires, including handling documentation, conducting orientations
- Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee files, time off requests. Respond to employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters
This role is part-time at around 80-100%
Your profile:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the tech industry or startup environment
- 3-5 years of experience as HR administration and/or recruiter
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools e.g. Greenhouse
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting recruitment goals
- Familiarity with UK employment laws and regulations UK
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field (preferred)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
