Panoramic Care is looking for an experienced HR and Payroll manager to join a special school in the South West. This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished HR professional to maintain the high standards set by the school, to oversee the HR function and the people within it, and to work with the Headteacher to deliver strategic people plans.
In this role you will be the first point of contact for HR related enquires, advise and support staff on all HR/ Payroll matters, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures and generally provide a professional and efficient HR support service. Primary areas of responsibility will include recruitment, staffing and payroll, HR administration and absence management.
