We’re looking for an HR / Operations Administrator to support our organisation. You will be a pivotal part of a team that’s dedicated to providing our customers and employees with an excellent experience, and work across departments supporting them with administration. This a new role which will require versatility across a number of key responsibilities and interaction with both internal and external stakeholders.
The job will entail:
- Work on researching and providing data analytics for departments
- Work with Head of People to onboard new employees
- Assist with Health and Safety / GDPR projects
- Ordering supplies for new starters to ensure they have everything needed (uniform, equipment)
- Work with Line Managers and Head of People to ensure all Health and Safety requirements / training have been met
- Schedule interviews, and arrange DBS / right to work checks if required
- Update HRIS / CRM systems where necessary (just launching Employment Hero)
- Work with operations team to track inventories and ordering supplies
- Work alongside Hub Performance Manager to ensure our hubs can operate successfully
- Build relationships with external partners to facilitate smooth operations across departments
- Assist with organising company events
- Getting quotes and standardising our office operations (i.e electricity, security, other utilities)
- Any other duties as may reasonably be required
What is needed to be successful in this role:

- Previous experience of working in a similar HR / H&S / Operations role
- Prior knowledge of managing projects successfully with thoroughness, accuracy and consistency
- Ideally CIPD level 3 or working towards
- Able to work autonomously and have experience working on CRM / HRIS database
- Highly driven and resilient
- Highly organised with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Driven and able to see where improvements can be made
- Have great interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively across all levels
