An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Reward Analyst to join our Central HR Function on a permanent basis, 37.5 hours per week.

This role plays a key role as part of the Reward team, in support of Reward activities across the CCM Group as it goes through a period of change. You will support the design and implementation of a Reward strategy across the Group, and will include reward data analysis, job evaluation, and salary benchmarking, with the aim of enabling the business to attract and retain great people. You will also assist in the design and delivery of new management information packages to track key measures of success as we maximise the benefits of our new HR system, Workday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of Cabot’s pay philosophy across all jurisdictions, taking into account factors such as the maturity of our business, location, and benchmarking, in order to establish frameworks which will attract, retain, and motivate employees, driving desired behaviors across the CCM Group and complying with regulatory frameworks.
  • Support Workday process maintenance on all aspects related to Reward.
  • Conduct Reward activities such as annual and ad hoc benchmarking exercises using Towers Watson, annual salary and bonus review, and analysis to support Cabot’s Diversity & Inclusion strategy, such as Gender Pay Gap analysis.
  • Assist in the design and delivery of management information packages that meet the needs of operational business units and support functions, to track measures such as staff turnover, sickness, FTE vs budget, and employee relations measures.
  • Provide analysis of core HR metrics to various functions in the business where required, ensuring that HR Business Partners have access to key and up to date data when required.
  • Ensure that key messages held in data are delivered in a clear and understandable way to the business, in order to influence decision making and formulation of business planning.
  • Play a key role in developing the MI and reporting completed by the HR team, assessing each element for it’s relevance and usefulness, and the amount of time needed to develop/deliver it.
  • Play a key role in developing and proposing recommendations for improvements.

Knowledge & Experience

  • Must have excellent Excel knowledge and experience of working with large data sets
  • Power BI or any BI software experience an advantage
  • Min two years’ experience in analytical work environment
  • Experience in a Reward environment an advantage
  • Knowledge of Workday an advantage
  • Knowledge of HR industry reporting standards & metrics an advantage
  • Must be proficient in Office packages i.e. Power Point, Outlook, Excel & Word (Visio & Access a plus)
