The successful candidate will have:
- CIPD Level 5 Intermediate Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent
- Experience working on successful HR / OD development projects
- Good working knowledge and experience of HR case law
- The ability to confidently advise Managers on all HR related matters with solution based recommendations demonstrating good judgement skills
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
