Since 2001, we have occupied a unique position at the intersection of the sports, media and betting industries; providing sports federations, news media, consumer platforms and sports betting operators with a range of solutions to help grow their business. Following several years of sequential and fast-paced growth we are now looking to recruit a People Advisor/Partner to join our UK-based People Team.
In this new exciting and challenging role, you will play a pivotal role as Sportradar continues to grow and evolve. You will work closely with the managers and team members to provide operation support and People advice and solutions that accelerate the achievement of our business.
This position will be based in our London office.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
- Partners with managers and the local People Team to deliver pragmatic operational and delivery-based People solutions that align to business objectives
- Plays a role in work reviews and change processes
- Maintains People systems and contributes to the continuous improvement of People systems and practices
- Delivers against payroll requirements and liaises with Finance and People teams to deliver against monthly and cyclical operations
- Provides advice and guidance to managers on employee relations and performance management
- Provides advice and assistance on policies, procedures and legislation
- Works with the People team to develop and execute solutions, programs and policies on a local level
- Focus on building and scaling our culture, you will help us on our journey to embrace a hybrid and digital led way of working through fostering new ways of working and virtual initiatives that drive high and sustainable employee engagement.
YOUR PROFILE:
- HR Advisor/Junior People Partner experience in a fast-growing business
- Experience in the Tech industry and/or a fast-growing company an advantage
- Experience working within a small local People team
- Working knowledge across disciplines including Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Learning & Development, Compensation Benchmarking/Levelling, Performance Management, Labour Law
- Solid communicator who is confident, capable and credible with the ability to have challenging conversations
- Demonstrable experience of providing comprehensive advice to managers
- Bachelor´s/Master´s degree in HRM or related field beneficial
