A highly successful, global business with circa 400 employees are looking for a people focused HR Advisor or HR Generalist to join their HR team on a 12 month FTC. Working within a HR team on nine, you will support the business with everything people related; delivering an outstanding people service to the business. Please note – this role is a 12 month FTC but has a strong chance of being made perm. Hybrid working is offered; 3 days per week in the London office and 2 at home.
As the HR Advisor you will work across the full employee lifecycle, BAU as well as interesting project work. You will partner with middle managers to support, develop, and plan for their teams as well as working across recruitment, L&D, employee relations, comp and bens as well as organisational development. This role would suit a true HR Generalist with a passion for people, developing teams and enhancing culture.
The ideal candidate for this HR Advisor role will be CIPD qualified with an up to date knowledge of UK employment law. You will be personable and professional; able to build relationships with stakeholders easily.
The salary on offer for this FTC is £55,000 pro rata.
