Huntswood are looking for full-time Insurance Claims Handlers to join our ever- expanding team.
You will be joining a team where you’ll be excited to start work each day!
Start Date: 24th July 2023
Salary: £10.90 + Performance Bonus
Location: Remote - Working from Home
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, 5 days per week
Monday to Friday between the hours of 09.00 - 17.00
To give you an idea of how this Insurance Claims role would feel, here are some of the things you could expect:
- Inbound calls from our customers regarding their insurance – From customers notifying us of an insurance claim or to follow up on a previously opened claim
- Achieve and exceed productivity & customer satisfaction
- Accurately inputting data and logging claims
- Follow our system and regulatory scripting to achieve quality and compliance targets
To succeed, you should be computer literate with remarkable customer call handling skills. This coupled with a track record of delivering exceptional customer experience and achieving performance targets makes you more than suitable for our role.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Minimum of 6 months Insurance experience (3 months if existing Claims Handling)
- Knowledge of insurance principles and practice
- Awareness of FCA regulatory requirements
- Experience dealing with complaints and resolving at first point of contact.
- A passion for delivering excellent customer experience.
- Used to working to call targets within a high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail.
