HR Advisor
Home based, travel to offices and services across the North as required
Salary up to £39,000 plus car allowance £1300 plus home working allowance £600

With no two days the same, you’ll be responsible for a wide range of HR activities, you’ll be the one our managers look to for guidance on all things people-related. Working for a leading Learning Disabilities Charity you will be part of an experienced HR team, and this will provide you with a unique opportunity to widen your HR knowledge-base and alongside using your expert Hr knowledge to support managers, you will also have the opportunity to work on HR projects to support delivery of the organisational people plan.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Providing support, expertise and guidance to operational managers on all areas of employee relations
- Delivering formal training to managers on a range of HR subject areas.
- Liaising with legal advisors on employment law issues.
- Managing a varied and complex ER case-load.
- Leading on TUPE transfers, restructures and redundancies
- Analysing and interpreting HR data to make improvements and reduce costs.
- Review HR policies using your high attention to detail, suggesting improvements where needed
- Build and maintain positive working relationships
- Support and contribute to the overarching people plan

Pay and Benefits..
- Salary up to £39,000 plus car allowance £1300 plus home working allowance £600
- 25 days paid annual leave (plus 8 bank holidays, pro rata for part time)
