- HR Advisor

- £32,000 - £37,000 p.a
- Act as a trusted advisor to staff and leadership team on all HR-related matters, including employee relations, sickness absence management, and organisational change.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment law, providing guidance and support on any necessary changes.
- Support on organisational change, including TUPE, restructures, and redundancy, providing guidance and support to staff and leadership on best practices.
- Develop policies and procedures that align with the organisation's mission and values
- Work collaboratively with the HR team to support on project work
- Assist with the employee Lifecycle process, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and exit processes.
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor, preferably within the education or non profit sector
- Strong knowledge of employment law and best HR practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and leadership
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
