London - Hybrid
Full time, Permanent
£32,000 - £37,000 p.a

Tide are delighted to be working with an Education Charity in their search for a HR Advisor to join a dynamic team of professionals. This role is a unique opportunity to use your HR expertise to help the charity deliver excellent standards of education to children in the community. This is a true generalist role, with a variety of duties and great progression opportunities!

Job Duties include (but are not limited to)

Act as a trusted advisor to staff and leadership team on all HR-related matters, including employee relations, sickness absence management, and organisational change.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment law, providing guidance and support on any necessary changes.
Support on organisational change, including TUPE, restructures, and redundancy, providing guidance and support to staff and leadership on best practices.
Develop policies and procedures that align with the organisation's mission and values
Work collaboratively with the HR team to support on project work
Assist with the employee Lifecycle process, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and exit processes.

Job Criteria

Proven experience as an HR Advisor, preferably within the education or non profit sector
Strong knowledge of employment law and best HR practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and leadership
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
