Here at Sciensus a new opportunity has arisen for a HR Advisor to join us at our Burton office.
This will be a hybrid working role, approximately 2/3 days in Burton a week.
We would expect you to provide a professional and effective HR support to the business, maintaining efficient HR systems and processes, and contributing to the HR function achieving HR strategy targets and goals.
You will ensure all HR policies, procedures and practices comply with current legislation and best practice guidelines and provide daily support to the ERBP and Senior HRBP.
Comfortable in advising and coaching leaders on employee relations issues to develop their people management and leadership skills and constructively challenging inappropriate behaviours or actions.

- Holding or working towards a relevant professional qualification
- Willing to continue CPD
- Substantial work-based HR experience in a busy HR administrative position.
- Possess a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
- Experience of using an HR Database and standard I.T. packages.
- Experience in implementing and monitoring policies and procedures
