HR Advisor - Havant - Salary Up to £28,500 FTE - Part Time
A Large European Distributor is looking for a HR Advisor to join their team in Havant.
This role is on a part time basis (25-30 hours) and would someone looking to spread their working hours over 5 days a week.
Main responsibilities of HR Advisor:
- Providing professional advice and guidance to line managers across the organisation on best practices.
- Conducting Appraisals and pay reviews
- Managing employee relations (ER) e.g. grievance and disciplinary hearings and performance management meetings
- Proactively supporting the recruitment and on-boarding process ensuring a positive working environment and structure for training/growth
This role will also contain some PA support to the Managing Director as and when needed.
Requirements of HR Advisor
- Minimum Level 3 CIPD Qualified or working towards
- Previous HR Experience
- Passion for HR and people
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Practical experience dealing with complex issues and employment law related matters
- Naturally resilient and able to deal with tricky situations and change
- Competent IT Skills
