Kingswood Group are pleased to be working with a growing professional services firm, based in Westminster to support their search for a HR Advisor.
This is a newly created, permanent position where you will be responsible for providing generalist HR advice to the business.
Duties to include:
Act as first line support for all HR queries, providing advice and guidance on a variety of HR matters- Responsibility for all recruitment related activity, working closely with hiring managers
- Managing HR process improvements
- Undertaking the review of company benefits/reward
- Responsibility for policy development and engagement
- Management and improvements of the employee on-boarding and off boarding experience
- General administration of HR processes and produce HR reports/analytics
- Ad-hoc project work
Essential experience:
- Previous experience working at HR Advisor level
- The ability to advise, challenge and influence senior leaders
- Experience working in a corporate/professional services environment
- CIPD – or working towards
