DOORCO is a leading manufacturer and distributor of composite doors across the UK. The business is based in Macclesfield and currently employs 170 members of staff.
This is an exciting HR Advisory and administration generalist role covering the full range of Human Resource disciplines across the employment span. The HR Advisor will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR administration and advise across all areas of HR covering recruitment, absence management, performance management, employee relations and training and development. Key parts of this role include the preparation of accurate payroll data, the management of Company benefits and the management of all HR documentation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create a great employee on boarding experience through delivery of pre-employment checks onboarding and induction processes.
- Produce accurate and timely HR documentation
- Ensure all systems are up to date and procedures are adhered to
- Produce HR management reports and metrics
- Provide support and advice across the employment span
- Coach, train and communicate key policies and procedures.
- Review, create, develop, manage and update processes and procedures to ensure ongoing legal compliance and good practice.
- Provide support to the HR Manager on all HR matters including active involvement in recruitment, ER activity and other critical projects.
- Manage key projects to improve overall staff engagement and training
The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified at level 5 and have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Your attention to detail will be meticulous along with organisational skills that allow you to manage a demanding workload.
You will have HR operational experience across all areas of the employment span along with world class IT and keyboard skill.
