We now are now seeking to recruit an HR Advisor to join our existing team, working alongside an existing HRBP to support the Engineering Divisions. This role will be based out of our Coventry offices on a hybrid approach. There may be the requirement to travel to the other locations.
- Provide operational advice and guidance to both the senior management team and business units within the BBM Engineering divisions
- Supporting the HRBPs to promote the HR Strategy within the business, aligning this with company strategy.
- Collaboration with International and Regional HR counterparts across Bosch as required
- Supporting the facilitation of workshops on HR related issues
- Support the facilitation of HR development activities including development discussions and associate talent reviews as well as working on HR projects
- Support with updating and implementation of company policy and procedures
- Responsibility for HR related activities
- Recruitment responsibility for dedicated client groups
- Embrace new IT tools and good working knowledge of MS packages and HR systems
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Educated to a degree or similar level. A CIPD qualification or relevant would be advantageous.
- To have previous generalist experience within a large multi-national organisation, with a good understanding of HR processes would be desirable.
- Project and process orientated mind set, with an analytical approach.
- Operational and strategic planning capability.
- Good level working knowledge of UK Employment Law
- Resilience and ability to influence in discussions with the business and escalating where appropriate
- Ability to think on your feet and to escalate to HRBP/HR leader to help find solutions, and adjust accordingly whilst reaching target end goal
- Ability to organise and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Creative thinker.
- Strong communicator across all levels of the organisation and with external contacts.
Additional Information
The salary range for this role is between £32,000 and £35,000, alongside pension contributions and benefits including discretionary annual bonus, health cash plan, and other discounted benefits and opportunities for development.
This role is band 8 within our internal tariff band system.
