Salary: £52,084+ dependent on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Provide support and guidance to Air Sector Leadership Team, Line Management and employees with HR expertise.
- Ensure that the business has the right quantity and capability of engaged and highly performing employees to deliver current business objectives and future business growth.
- Support the effective implementation of the Air Sector HR Plan by providing high quality diagnostics, coaching and support to the business Leadership Team in line with HR governance and HR policy.
- Advise Business leaders with people challenges and identify HR interventions within the following areas; Organisational Design and Development, Talent Management, Resourcing, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, reward and Learning & Development.
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- CIPD qualified
- Experience with HR Activities such as Organisational Design and Development, talent Management, Resourcing, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, reward and Learning & Development.
- Ability to get involved and lead both operational HR activities and HR project work.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with Senior Business Leaders and peers with the confidence to challenge and shape outcomes.
Desirable:
- Experience in working within a HR Operating Model alongside Centre’s of Expertise & Shared Services
- Recent experience of Employment law

The AIR HR team:
As part of the Air Sector HR Team you will be driving Talent Agenda in the HR Team and working in Partnership with other sectors in the business. You will engage and be accountable to Senior Leaders within the business and also be involved in the Organisational Design Project.
