UK Poultry represents more than half of 2 Sisters’ business by sales. The division employs over 8,500 people working in a chilled environment to process poultry products which are then marketed to UK consumers via major retailers.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

An exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor has arisen at one of our West Bromwich sites: Site D. As HR Advisor you will oversee the day-to-day HR operations, delivering an effective, hands-on, practical support and advisory service to managers and employees.

This position is the perfect role for a generalist, you will lead on all employee relations actively managing disciplinary and grievance cases and provide guidance on performance management, actively manage sickness, payroll changes, covering reporting and paperwork to support the above to ensure legal compliance.

You’ll receive plenty of support, however you will need to hit the ground running to provide a professional and efficient generalist Human Resources service to our internal and external customers in a fast paced and ever-changing environment. This is a great opportunity for any HR professional who is looking to make their mark and progress within a role.

· Previous HR experience is essential

· Experience in ER cases is

· CIPD qualifications desirable

· Experience in absence management

· Good understanding of employment law

· Previous management experience

· Must have high attention to detail and be very organised

· Brilliant communication skills
