I‘m partnering with a highly successful, innovative organisation to recruit a HR Advisor for a 12 month FTC, maternity cover. The role will suit a talented all round HR Generalist who is seeking to work in a people-led organisation. With ongoing growth, this organisation currently operates across Europe, Asia Pacific, Africa, Middle East and Latin America. With its Head Office located in London, this position reports to the HR Manager. Your responsibilities will include:

Salary: £35,000 per annum
- Varied HR responsibilities from day one
- Working with your areas of the business to coordinate all stages of the recruitment process
- Advising and supporting line management on complex employee relations eg performance improvement, discipline, grievance and absence management
- Monitoring, reviewing and updating all HR policies in line with current legislation
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR systems and various HR initiatives
- Provide advice and assistance on policies, procedures and legislation
- Coordinate performance appraisal processes as well as benefit platforms
- Liaising closely with Managers to identify and develop key talent, implement robust performance and people development plans
- Coordinate and support talent mapping and succession planning processes
- Drive staff engagement initiatives
- 3rd party engagement with employment lawyers, benefit advisors, occupational health and HR systems support, as required
- Support monthly payroll processes
- Assisting with HR Projects – implementation of new HRIS (Success Factors), employee engagement, introduction of new global B2B initiative
- Coordinating and supporting annual salary review processes
We are looking for a HR Advisor who:
- Seeks fully remote working
- Is a Graduate, CIPD qualified/or has sound generalist HR experience
- Enhanced DBS clearance
- Has all round generalist HR experience
- Driven and self-motivated
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Personable and builds sound relationships across all levels of the business
- Highly organised with high level of attention to detail, data accuracy
- Good understanding and knowledge of employment law
- High level of computer literacy and HR systems ability
