The HR Administrators primary responsibility will be to manage the recruitment and onboarding process across the Group, ensuring all new starters have an exceptional onboarding experience. To do this you will work extremely closely with our Recruitment Partners and be pivotal to owning the entire recruitment process once the verbal offer has been made. This is an all-encompassing role which will allow you to get involved with other areas of HR that interest you, working as part of a friendly, supportive, and talented team who will support your development. This role is perfect for an ambitious HR professional wanting to develop their career.
To be successful in this role, you must be a proactive self-starter with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. You must be able to think outside the box and have the confidence to offer solutions. As part of the People team, it is imperative you are a people person. You must have previous experience in liaising with people at all levels within a company and be comfortable offering advice and guidance to stakeholders.
Accountabilities of the role will include but not be limited to;
Delivering end-to-end administration for the recruitment process of new starters, including generating employment contracts
Completing candidate compliance processes including right to work, reference and DBS checks
Providing a fantastic onboarding experience for all new starters
Ownership of a Group wide new starter spreadsheet tracker
Ensuring all employee records are kept up to date on our HR system
Completing general HR admin and supporting the People team as required
Essential Requirements:
- Previous HR and/or Recruitment experience
- Experience of HR databases/systems and MI
- Competent use of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet strict deadlines
- A clear understanding of Data protection issues
