Administrative Assistant
We are specialises in interior fabrics and wallcovering of the highest quality. We are Seeking for an enthusiastic and well organised person to join us in a full-time role as Administrative Assistant at our office in Wandsworth Common. We are looking for an individual who is friendly, personable, and able to communicate with people at all levels. An interest and some knowledge of fabrics and wallcoverings would be of an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Providing outstanding customer service to our clients, answering customer enquiries via telephone and email.
- Manage enquiries from quotes to orders through to the whole sales process.
- Fulfilling sample requests daily, picking and posting.
- Maintaining and replenish the sampling department with new collection samples, regular inventory checks as well as regular housekeeping and organising of the sampling department.
- Liaising with our showroom and our head office France.
- Office filing.
Must have:
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional phone manner
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent time management
- Upbeat, energetic with a positive attitude
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite and Outlook
- 2 years previous experience in administrative work.
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 9am – 5.00pm
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays
Location: London (SW17)

Salary: £27,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
