A fantastic opportunity to work directly with young people aged 11-17 years and their families in an Outstanding Ofsted rated organisation. This gratifying role is embedded in an incredibly supportive team with skilful experienced managers. Our team work collectively towards building relationships with young people whose experiences include family disruption, homelessness, exploitation, mental health, and non-school attendance. This role is based in the seaside town of Hastings and ideally located right on the beach front.
At East Sussex County Council we ensure that we provide extensive support to our social workers and deliver high quality relationship-based practice to our children and families.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
