The ideal HR Administrator will be organised, passionate and have excellent attention to detail, whilst always ensuring confidentiality.

This is a part time role with flexibility around hours. Tell us what days and hours you would like to work.

Salary is up to £25,000 (pro rata).

The Role

  • Provide administrative support, including managing the inbox and responding to queries
  • Administer people changes including promotions, pay changes, job title, location changes, references and Maternity & Paternity leave.
  • Regularly update the databases and spreadsheets including the Maternity & Paternity tracker.
  • Generate weekly reports on various activity.
  • Assist HR Director with ad-hoc projects.
  • Assist Recruitment & Talent Coordinator with managing Applicant Tracking System
  • To audit personnel files in line with policies and procedures

Skills You Need

  • 1 years experience within an HR administration role
  • Experience using a HR Information System and Applicant Tracking System
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong IT skills
  • CIPD Level 3 desirable
