  • Confident in using databases, and with high level of accuracy and data quality, you'll set up new cases within our bespoke system as required, and update activities, for the purposes of MI.
  • You'll apply our security protocols, ensuring that only authorised managers with a legitimate interest, have access to cases
  • You'll be confident working in a fast paced environment and comfortable managing high volumes of queries to tight SLAs
  • As a strong team player you'll work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an excellent service
  • Having an eye for detail and GDPR knowledge, you'll run case reports as required – including Employment Tribunal document bundles, Subject Access Request reports, GDPR or data breaches - and review / pass to appropriate departments or team colleagues for review.
  • You’ll assist with updating our Manager Advice site and associated documents with required changes.
  • You’ll ensure that administrative processes are undertaken in line with policy, law and best practice
