HR Administrator - Hand Picked Hotels

We are looking for an HR Administrator to join our team as part of a new shared HR administration support team.

As an HR Administrator you will be based at Buxted Park Hotel in Uckfield and you will work as part of a team of three people to provide group wide HR administration support for the Hand Picked Hotels collection.

As the HR Administrator you will support our Hotel teams with the completion of all new starter offers and paperwork, checking right to work documentation and completing all other relevant onboarding administration such as setting up IT accounts and employee access to relevant online training systems. The HR Administrator will also input data on to our HR System, Fourth Hospitality, ensuring accuracy at all times, and will complete various other people related administration tasks and reports as required including absence checks for payroll purposes.

About you;

  • You have a keen interest in HR and relevant administrative experience within an HR team
  • You have strong technical skills with a good knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook and previous experience of working with an HRIS is desirable
  • You are highly organised and able to multi-task and maintain your attention to detail in a busy and fast paced environment
  • You have excellent communication skills, find it easy to build rapport with others and will understand the importance of treating everyone as an individual
